WEEKEND CASUAL BAR SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking a Weekend Bar Supervisor to start immediately. This role is offered on a casual basis, as the work is event-led. The applicant must be available for regular weekend work (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Typical hours are 6.30pm - 11pm, although these may vary depending on the event.
If you are interested in working in a vibrant arts venue, supervising a team, and helping to manage a busy operation, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

BACKGROUND
Colchester Arts Centre is a small performance venue housed in a converted church. We present an eclectic programme of live events including stand-up comedy, jazz, folk, rock and pop music, experimental performance, variety nights, film screenings and family shows. The venue accommodates up to 240 seated audience members or 400 standing. We are also expanding our work beyond the building through partnerships with a wide range of organisations, helping to ensure that people across our communities can experience and participate in professionally led cultural activities.
