Colchester Arts Centre have a few different ways which we can support education and tuition across the different departments that we have within the venue, including backstage roles like sound and lighting, marketing and front of house roles. Whether it’s a work placement through school, college or university as a course requirement or whether its work experience as part of some personal development, we are always happy to try an accommodate as many people as we can.
We also offer shadowing experiences on shows covering backstage roles like sound and lighting and front of house roles. These experience sessions follow an experience member of our team, shadowing them from setting up the venue right through to the live show.
On a bespoke arrangement we also can offer workshops for schools, colleges and universities to go over any and all aspects of running a venue like Colchester Arts Centre.
