Festival Republic Limited – 2025 Terms and Conditions of Entry – Latitude Festival (“Event”)
GENERAL
1. These Terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate, and should be read together with any official ticket agent’s terms or regulations which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the official agent. Your possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. “Festival Republic”, “Us”, “We”, “Our” means Festival Republic Limited and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.
3. We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards and you may be evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.
4. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety (including for crowd surfing or moshing), for unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or distress, for harassment (including sexual harassment) or for any breach of these T&Cs.
5. You must not enter the site if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
5. Tickets are for the Event and any billed Artists and attractions may be subject to change.
6. No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without Our prior written consent. Goods using unauthorised logos must be surrendered to Event staff.
7. By attending this event, you and other patrons understand and agree to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded in relation to the event and/or for safety and security, including filming by the police. You and other patrons understand and agree that resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or audiovisual recordings may be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world (however, you may object to such use by specific request to privacy@livenation.co.uk)
8. These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&CS to the Event website.
9. We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the Event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
10. These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
REFUNDS
11. Refunds are only considered if the Event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the Event is partially cancelled your refund will be a proportionate partial refund) or (ii) materially altered which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in Our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the Event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual band members; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the Event.
12. Refunds must be requested from the point of purchase, no later than three months after the Event.
13. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.
14. Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
AGE POLICY
15. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the weekend as the under 16-year-old’s guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.
16. Children 0-4 years old are admitted free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder over 18 at all times.
17. Children 5-12 years old need Child tickets to attend.
18. Wristbands will be available from the wristband exchanges, arena entrances & welfare points to write a mobile number on for all children in case they get lost or separated from their guardian.
19. Teenagers 13 - 15 years old need an Accompanied Teen ticket to attend.
20. There are no Accompanied Teen day tickets. Children 13+ need an adult ticket.
21. Teenagers 16 years old and over need an Adult ticket to attend.
22. There are no Teenage day tickets. 13+ must have an adult ticket.
23. To stay in the ‘Family Campsite’ you must be accompanied by children 16 years or younger. It is the responsibility of the adult(s) to determine the correct ratio of supervising adults to under 18s, taking into account the age, needs and abilities of the children, the nature of the Event and any applicable guidelines (for example, the NSPCC’s guidance on supervision levels for safeguarding children and young people and relevant health and safety guidelines for educational visits). We will require supervisors to remove children if, in Our sole opinion, the children are causing a disturbance or creating unacceptable health and safety risk to other ticket holders and people present at the Event. We do not act in any parental or supervisory capacity for under 18s on site. This does not affect our legal duties to any attendee in respect of, or obligation to comply with, any applicable laws including health and safety or licensing laws.
TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
Tickets must be produced and scanned in order for you to receive a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange.
24. There is strictly no readmission on a ticket.
25. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Tickets and wristbands from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts.
26. Tickets and wristbands remain Our property until the Event closes and are a personal revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
27. We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.
28. Tickets/Wristbands cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, or combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution, without the prior written consent of Festival Republic.
29. If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to or evict you from the Event and you may be liable for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.
30. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event. Ticket resale is not allowed except through the official ticket agent you purchased your ticket from in accordance with its resale platform terms and conditions.
31. 3 individual day tickets (Fri/Sat/Sun) do not equal a weekend ticket and cannot be swapped or upgraded to include campsite access.
DAY TICKETS
31. Day ticket/wristband holders are not permitted to are not permitted to sleep in the car parks.
32. There is no readmission with a day ticket so once day ticket holders have exchanged their ticket for a wristband, they cannot leave the site and re-enter. Day ticket
holders will not be able to leave temporarily to access their cars, or nearby shops etc.
33. Day ticket holders should expect queues. There is a short walk to the arena, so day ticket holders should arrive with plenty of time before the first act that they
wish to see – no refunds will be given for acts missed.
34. 2 or 3 individual day tickets (any combination of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) do not equal a weekend ticket and cannot be swapped or upgraded to include campsite access. The Event General and Family campsites are only accessible to weekend ticket holders. There is no camping in the Event campsites with a day ticket/wristband other than in the dedicated day campsite.
SECURITY
35. Searching is a condition of entry and you may be searched anywhere on site at any time by security and detection dogs.
36. Without liability to you, We shall be entitled to confiscate any item(s) which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
37. Any person suspected of carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry or evicted from the site without a refund.
BANNED ITEMS
38. Banned from Event - gas canisters (over 250ml), aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks/pyrotechnics, flares, firewood, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal
highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons, unidentified substances, unauthorised drones, barbeques including disposable,
clothing/items which promote cultural appropriation, unauthorised trading goods, new psychoactive substances (NPS), illegal items, single use vapes, penknife,
glass jars/bottles/containers over 100ml such as perfume, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, blowtorches, excessive amounts of food, sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns,
petrol burners, excessive amounts of cigarettes, sound systems, spray cans, unofficial tabards/high viz jackets, unauthorised marketing materials, unauthorised
professional film or video equipment, Leatherman style multi tools, motorcycle helmets, Skateboards and rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other
personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles, blow torches, cameras with lenses above 6 inches, and anything that could be considered a weapon.
39. No animals, other than assistance dogs, are permitted on site.
40. Medication must be clearly labelled in the original box or container. Please bring identification matching the name on the prescription banned from arena –
Banned from arena – Large bags (permitted at the discretion of the entrance manager), cans, alcohol of any kind, camping equipment, firewood, disposable
barbeques, campsite stoves, audio recorders, umbrellas, glass, inflatable loungers, open drinks (PERMITTED items include – sealed ** water / soft drinks
500ml or less and empty re-usable bottles of any size). Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the arena for free. **Bottles must be sealed
and untampered or empty so that they are not used for bringing in alcohol to the arena such as vodka.
41. No unauthorised vehicles are allowed on site.
42. Only photographic equipment for personal and non-commercial use is permitted. We may confiscate and/or destroy any unauthorised recordings or professional
recording equipment.
43. The use of drones (including toy drones) or similar is prohibited on or near the Event without Our written permission.
44. No excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol - only a reasonable amount for personal consumption is permitted.
45. Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. Anyone resisting the surrender of banned items will face eviction.
FIRE AND SAFETY
46. Campfires and barbeques of all types are not permitted anywhere on site.
47. Only flat base cooking stoves are permitted within the campsites and are not permitted within the arena.
48. The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc. is not permitted anywhere on site.
49. Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including arena big tops. This includes e-cigs/vaping.
50. Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
51. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
52. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without Our written permission.
