A crucial member of the senior management team, Joanne brings a background forged from many years’ experience at the Cambridge Junction and earlier on at the now sadly demised Essex Dance. A contemporary dancer and expert on Stand Up Comedy, she advises the programming team in an unofficial capacity when their appalling lack of awareness of contemporary pop culture raises its all too frequent and ugly head.
